Assisted Stretching is a highly effective way to increase muscle flexibility, combining passive stretching and isometric stretching to achieve maximum static flexibility.

In assisted stretching, you will be guided through a series of stretches designed to release broad patterns of tension. A short session will leave you feeling taller, lighter, more mobile, and with a greater sense of well-being.
