Stretching on a regular basis allows you to reduce muscle tension, increase your range of motion, develop body awareness, prevent muscle strain, make strenuous activities easier by preparing your muscles for activity, and so much more. Jupiter Massage & Pilates offers Golf stretching sessions for 15 and 30 minutes. As well, our Pilates instructors are very knowledgeable of the human anatomy and will show you any kind of stretch that may suit your needs.
